It’s come from the first 600units of leica m3.
And come with a super sharp “Big Corner” on the front of the top plate in chrome finished.
In early m3, some m3 with “Smaller Corner” some without “Corner”.
The best and rare and top one is the “Big Corner” They have many parts that are different from the later batch.
Like the top plate, base plate, 200ASA back door, speed dial, double stroke operation, short film advance lever, half-moon stopper on the hot shoe, two circular areas on the cast housing and triangular strap lugs.
Umm… really so many different.
But anyway, this one full parts are original and match the early batch.
Top condition, perfect leather, perfect function.
I haven’t seen such a top one in a long time.
Many years ago, M3 Early “Corner” has become a must-have machine for Leica collectors.
It only appeared in the first batch of the earliest.
It is very difficult to find the full original and top condition, and it’s also with a “Big Corner”
